Paula Shreves, founder/co-owner

Paula truly brings it all to the table! From helping her father in the field to working for numerous tobacco companies, Paula is a jack of all trades.  After seeing the increasing rules and regulations being placed on the farming community, Paula saw a true need.  In 2015, she decided to pursue her dream of being a small business owner.  She welcomed her daughter, Leigh, in 2021 to assist even more growers.  Paula is an advocate for the Hugo community as she serves as Secretary of the Hugo Volunteer Fire Department. 

Paula lives in Hugo with her fiancé, Michael, and son, Grayson! 

Leigh Page, co-owner

A graduate of University of Mount Olive with both her Accounting and MBA, Leigh Page is Business Manager and Co-Owner of GAP Ready! Farm Services.  

Prior to joining the GAP Ready! team, she served the NC Community College  System for more than 10 years.  She currently serves on the Johnston Community College Foundation Board of Directors. 

Leigh enjoys life in Wilson with her husband, Tee, and children, Emilee and Beau. When she isn't doing site visits on local farms, she is most likely on a boat searching for the next big catch!
